We are looking for a skilled and friendly Front Desk Support Associate to join our front desk team at TRYP by Wyndham Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Desk Support Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest accounts, including processing payments, handling reservations, and updating guest information.
  • Communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
