Job Summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a highly skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in a leading healthcare facility in Lorain, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care respiratory therapy services to patients in various settings, including NICU, PICU, ICU, and Med Surg.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • One (1) year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred.
