Unique Opportunity: Automotive Specialist & Coach
At Chris Collins, Inc., we are dedicated to fostering success for our clients and placing exceptional talent in thriving environments. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a proven achiever but also possesses a genuine passion for the automotive field. We prefer candidates without prior consulting experience, as our current focus is on expanding our team with top-tier professionals.
Compensation Range: $100,000-$160,000 annually
Our innovative approach to hands-on consulting and coaching, combined with our unique systems and strategies, has led to the creation of exceptional service departments with the potential to revolutionize the industry. We are in search of like-minded Automotive Leadership Professionals to help us drive this transformation.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Aspire to operate at a level that is often idealized but rarely achieved in the automotive industry.
- Are prepared to assist organizations, leaders, and staff in navigating a cultural and mental evolution towards achieving tangible results.
- Have a proven track record as a service manager or fixed operations director, with a minimum of 5 years in management or coaching roles.
- Possess exceptional communication skills across various platforms.
- Are flexible and willing to travel extensively, approximately three weeks each month.
