ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Schedule:

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, tailored to event needs.

Daily Tasks:

As our Culinary Event Chef - Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for designing and executing exceptional menus for events and catering services. Your duties will include collaborating with the culinary team, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and supervising food preparation and service during events. Your creativity and commitment to excellence will be crucial in delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our patrons.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional cooking experience
  • Proficiency in preparing meals from scratch without using frozen ingredients

Experience in off-premise catering and banquet cooking is preferred but not mandatory.
