Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at JT's Urban Italian in Buffalo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking our delicious pizzas in our Italian wood-fired ovens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients, stretching dough, and baking pizzas to perfection
• Following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary requests
• Collaborating with our take-out and main dining teams to ensure timely orders
• Maintaining strict sanitation practices and operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Extensive food knowledge and proficiency in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Professional experience cooking from scratch using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients
• Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred
