Your Impact

As a Field Service Manager, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technical representatives to provide timely and effective service and support to our customers.
  • Selecting, hiring, training, and developing current and new technical representatives.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the warehousing process as it relates to merchandise and inventory.
  • Developing and educating the team on new technology and industry trends.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in service management, preferably in the technology industry. You should have hands-on field technical experience with a deep knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and lead a team. Strong time management skills are also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $68,000 - $92,520, and a transportation allowance.
