Job Title: Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team, overseeing check-in, check-out, and guest registration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Hotel Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations, including room assignments, key card management, and guest communication.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of management experience in a hospitality setting, with a focus on front desk operations and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
