Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ComForCare HomeCare - Suburban Metrolina. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and direct the programs, services, and activities of the Agency.
  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, as well as the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Travel to client homes as assigned to provide care and support.
  • Collaborate with the Governing Body to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • At least two years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent experience with one year of supervisory experience in Home Care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
