Job Summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to provide an unparalleled customer experience, promoting store growth, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through continuous learning and self-development.
  • Consult with customers to determine their wireless service needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintain the integrity of store operating procedures, including opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, and maintaining store standards/appearance in merchandising, backroom, restroom, and work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and implement our sales process.
  • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Benefits
  • Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly.
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly).
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. The Team Lead will be required to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
