Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance hotel operations.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, amenities, and services to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive hotel performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and enhancing hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, clients, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
