Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Clayton Homes. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating a world-class home buying experience for our customers by assisting them in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting the perfect home and options to meet their needs and budget
- Coordinate the construction process to ensure timely delivery of the home
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the home buying process
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers
- At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience
- General understanding of the retail environment
- Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons
- Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
