Sales Professional

Medline is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in independent accounts, developing and delivering presentations to customers, and cultivating relationships with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes, market dynamics, products, clinical sciences, and sales processes to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with territory sales reps, Market Sales Directors, and Clinical Services to improve clinical outcomes and build customer loyalty.
- Conduct research, collect data, and analyze costs to increase customer value proposition.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers on skin health solutions and programs.
- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increasing profitability, increasing Medline product penetration, and offering cost-saving opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week in this multi-state territory.
- Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred.
- Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus.
