About the Role:

The Maintenance Planner is a critical position within the maintenance organization at Kenvue. This role is responsible for managing, creating, and updating maintenance planning strategies to ensure effective and optimal use of maintenance budgets. The successful candidate will develop standards and procedures for maintaining assets, conduct improvement analyses, review maintenance planning strategies, and monitor performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to optimize maintenance budgets.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team leaders, operations team leaders, and quality to ensure safe and quality work execution.
  • Conduct improvement analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Review and update maintenance planning strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
