As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production of poultry food items, engaging in various stages of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday - Compensation: $14.00/hour
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM until completion (no later than 3:00 AM), Monday to Friday - Compensation: $15.00/hour
- Availability for overtime or weekend shifts as required.
- Positions are temporary with the potential for permanent placement.
- Compliance with all safety protocols as per training is mandatory.
- Flexibility to perform tasks across various departments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to follow simple instructions, multitask, and work efficiently is essential.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with colleagues.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, with the ability to bend and twist.
- Proficient in using hands for handling, controlling, and feeling objects or tools.
- Frequent climbing of stairs and ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
