Position Overview

Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production of poultry food items, engaging in various stages of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday - Compensation: $14.00/hour
  2. Evening Shift: 4:00 PM until completion (no later than 3:00 AM), Monday to Friday - Compensation: $15.00/hour
  3. Availability for overtime or weekend shifts as required.
  4. Positions are temporary with the potential for permanent placement.
  5. Compliance with all safety protocols as per training is mandatory.
  6. Flexibility to perform tasks across various departments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Ability to follow simple instructions, multitask, and work efficiently is essential.
  3. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with colleagues.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  1. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, with the ability to bend and twist.
  2. Proficient in using hands for handling, controlling, and feeling objects or tools.
  3. Frequent climbing of stairs and ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.
  4. Must be able to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
