Manufacturing Team Lead

AESC US LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Team Lead - Assembly to join our team in Florence, SC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing technicians in the assembly of high-performance products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of manufacturing technicians in the assembly of high-performance products
- Ensure that team members are adhering to all safety and environmental policies & quality standards
- Delegate tasks to team members and ensure they have the necessary training to complete tasks
- Maintain knowledge of safety, quality, and workability objectives for each job
- Provide regular support and positive encouragement to team members to keep them motivated and working towards goals
- Create and distribute reports to management and team members
- Remove roadblocks or obstacles that are preventing team members from completing their assignments
- Serve as a champion for 5S activities in the department or facility
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree highly preferred
- Minimum of three years of related experience operating highly automated assembly equipment required
- Self-motivated individual with good written and verbal communication skills and data-driven decision-making skills
- Independent, driven, eager to learn, with strong time management skills and ability to manage simultaneous and often changing priorities
- Works well in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience working and leading a team across cultural and discipline boundaries
- Ability to lead and provide direction
