Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our Iris image recognition solution. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product priorities, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision and current priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key image recognition priorities and implement robust reporting on product and package recognition and accuracy.
  • Establish clear business requirements with internal and external development teams to ensure timely delivery of epics, features, bugs, and product backlog items.
  • Partner with the Analyst, Scrum & Support to gain an understanding of status and overall sprint progress, participating in agile scrum routines as applicable.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Customer Experience & Support to incorporate feedback and requests from users and internal partners into the product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication Studies, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other applicable fields.
  • 2+ years of project management and/or product management experience.
  • 2+ years of partner and/or vendor management experience.
  • Proven track record of extracting knowledge and gaining insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience in Commercial (Sales), Category Management, Tech (internal, wholesaler, and/or retailer), or Field Sales.
  • Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Direct experience or knowledge of GoSpotCheck and/or Alchemer.
  • Curiosity about Machine Learning, AR, LiDAR, and similar technologies.
