Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead and manage production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Requirements
