This role is in conjunction with a clinical position.
Compensation: $491,000.00 plus performance incentives.
Position Overview
MedChi is seeking a Medical Director of Anesthesiology to oversee our well-established and successful practice. The Medical Director will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered to patients throughout the care continuum, as well as providing medical leadership for clinical and operational planning, quality assessment, and ongoing medical education.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical institution
- Licensed to practice medicine in Maryland
- Board certification or equivalent credentialing
- Credentialed to practice within MedChi facilities
- A minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience in direct patient care
- Experience in a leadership role within a medical setting is essential
- Additional education in healthcare management is preferred
