Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist I to join our team at LanceSoft. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bioanalytical chemistry and in vitro ADME assays, with a proven track record of developing and implementing LC-MS/MS methods for the quantitative analysis of small molecules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in vitro ADME assays, including stability assays, metabolic stability assays, and Cytochrome P450 inhibition and induction assays
- Develop and maintain cell cultures, including primary and derived cell lines
- Perform metabolite profiling, identification, and quantification
- Develop and implement bioanalytical LC-MS/MS methods for the quantitative analysis of small molecules
- Quantitate drug concentrations in various biological matrices
- Integrate and analyze data, with a focus on supporting discovery project teams
Requirements:
- MS degree with 1-3+ years of experience in DMPK and/or bioanalytical chemistry or related field
- Hands-on knowledge of in vitro DMPK assays
- Experience with cell culture and LC-MS/MS methods
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask
