Fulton Commons Care Center is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing operational standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Direct and develop staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care services.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protect patients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Current NYS Registered Nurse Licensure, BSN preferred but not required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Long Term Care or medical/surgical.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
