Job Title: RN Supervisor for 3rd Shift

Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care and a safe and effective resident care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct nursing services to achieve desired clinical outcomes.
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of patient care.
  • Complete rounds of the unit to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Receive and handle family and resident complaints.
Requirements:
  • Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse.
  • Up-to-date MMR vaccination and physical.
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
  • Compassion and desire to work with the geriatric population.
