As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining nursing guidelines, scheduling and assigning nursing staff, and establishing a compassionate environment for our residents and their families. Your duties will include:
* Maintaining nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
* Completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
* Establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and their families
* Providing information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
* Maintaining resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
* Maintaining documentation of resident care services by auditing resident and department records
* Maintaining nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid RN license
* Long-term care experience
* Basic computer skills
