- Team Management: Directly supervise and manage construction managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient and economical use of building materials and construction equipment to minimize costs and maximize project efficiency.
- Project Calculation and Approval: Calculate project costs and execute projects while monitoring approval processes with relevant authorities.
- Customer Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting quality and deadline requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Education: A degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on underground construction or telecommunications, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in underground construction or broadband expansion, civil engineer, or construction technician.
- Desirable Skills: Good knowledge of normative requirements, technical and commercial regulations in telecommunications construction.
