- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient/ambulatory care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and judgment.
- Proficiency in common PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
