We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Release Engineer professional with several years of experience and proven technical expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage releases, builds, tests, and go-live tasks on a regular cadence.
  • Oversee the entire product release process, from code check-in to live production.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for pipeline management and Git builds.
  • Launch, monitor, and troubleshoot builds and tests, ensuring proper execution and completion.
  • File tickets with detailed debug information when issues arise.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Provide clear documentation and updates on release status, blockers, and critical issues to stakeholders.
  • Perform go-live tasks without impacting the release schedule.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the release process, focusing on automating manual tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with product release management.
  • Expertise in working with pipelines, Git builds, and cloud test environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, file tickets, and provide clear debugging information.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Experience documenting and presenting updates, blockers, and issues effectively.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, especially in automation.
