Your primary focus will be the execution of payroll and billing administration services for new clients, along with the transition and training of the Premium Administration team on essential processes and tools.
- Establish Premium Administration services for clients by creating new accounts on various Premium Administration systems.
- Engage with clients and insurance carriers to educate them on the necessary administration processes and tools, ensuring precise payroll and billing services.
- Develop and implement process maps and project plans for the introduction of new Premium Administration plans.
- Maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within processes and tools during the client implementation lifecycle.
- Create standardized workflows, handoff processes, and training materials for the Premium Administration team regarding new business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Information Services Team to test systems and processes for new clients.

- 3+ years of project management experience in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications.
- 2+ years of experience in training.
- 1+ years of billing experience with insurance carriers.
- 1+ year of billing and reconciliation experience.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
