Role Overview:
As an Automation Controls Specialist, you will utilize standard engineering practices to design, develop, and maintain instrumentation and control systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficiency and reliability of these systems, thereby contributing to the seamless operation of various processes and technologies. Join us in refining the precision and performance of our engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Automation & Process Enhancement:
- Streamline manufacturing or related processes through the implementation of instrumentation or control systems.

2. PLC Development:
- Create new and modify existing PLC applications, interfaces, or embedded controls.
- Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation and operational procedures.

3. Safety Standards:
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

4. Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake other tasks as assigned to support team objectives and operations.

Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. A solid understanding of Beckhoff PLC control systems for automated grinding and Allen Bradley PLC systems for assembly machines is essential.
