Position Summary:

Supervisory Duties:

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, encompassing both formal and on-the-job training.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to enhance staff performance and align skills with client expectations.

  • Assist with operational duties during peak periods, ensuring team accountability and training.
