As the Lead Engineer for Transmission Line Projects, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the production team, focusing on staff development, profitability, team morale, quality assurance, and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as an Assistant Project Manager, supporting production responsibilities alongside management duties.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the team and coordinate technical services with other departments.
  • Participate in marketing strategies, proposal development, and client interviews.
  • Engage directly with industrial and public clients regarding marketing, project execution, and related matters.
  • Ensure all projects are meticulously planned, organized, monitored, and assessed through a proactive project management approach.
  • Implement and uphold company policies effectively.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of technical staff.
  • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing teams on both local and national marketing and production strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional registration, licensure, or certification may be necessary depending on the role.
  • Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
