* Develop and maintain Agile metrics and reports to track team performance
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact team performance

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in software development and Agile methodologies
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
