Key Responsibilities- Drive effective Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track and distribute relevant metrics to show team progress and velocity.
- Identify and remove impediments to optimize team workflow.
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
- Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to minimize interruptions to the sprint.
- Build a safe and trusting team environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or judgment.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to build and coach high-performing software development teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools to measure team productivity and report metrics.
