Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at V R Della Infotech Inc. This role is pivotal in driving our innovative projects within the realm of technology and music.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: You will guide an agile team, focusing on performance management through well-defined goals to develop a robust Copyright Licensing Platform. This platform is essential for transforming our royalty management landscape.

System Development: Collaborate with your team to design a system that seamlessly integrates with existing applications across Licensing, Copyright, and Legal Clearance.

Architecture and Quality Assurance: Lead architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and work alongside your team to test features, implement automated testing, and ensure timely resolution of bugs.

Product Management: Oversee product development efforts, prioritizing high-value tasks and optimizing sprint practices for maximum efficiency.

Problem Solving: Foster innovative ideas and solutions to address business challenges. Conduct thorough analysis and scoping to detail technical product specifications for new features.

Communication: Schedule and facilitate meetings to address issues and implement solutions. Maintain effective communication across various teams to achieve business goals and project milestones.

Operational Oversight: Take ownership of the software developed by your team, collaborating with business users and product owners to shape the future of the platform.

Essential Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Java, and Agile methodologies. A minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions is required.

Software Delivery Lifecycle: Familiarity with all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, user story development, backlog management, and documentation.

Integration Experience: Proven experience in systems integration and migration projects.

Agile/Scrum Practices: Successful application of Agile/Scrum methodologies across multiple projects.

Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should possess strong client-facing abilities and be adept at managing stakeholder relationships.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise software delivery.

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability during standard business hours.
