About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that drive business outcomes and support client goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute change management projects, including planning, execution, and assessment.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support business development activities, such as proposal development and pursuit activities.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in change management, including communications, content development, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience in business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices.
  • Ability to lead staff in conceptualizing change management strategies and developing high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • U.S. Citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
