We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Sentric Music Group. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client first strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience from initial dialogue to signed and ongoing partnerships.
  • Maintain internal processes to ensure all company stakeholders are aware of client management strategy and their role in delivering the service.
  • Ensure highest level of service and client retention through proactive communication and regular reviews.
  • Act as key client representative in the territory, working autonomously and proactively with international colleagues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in music publishing industry, with management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing high value clients and developing comprehensive reporting.
  • Established network of industry professionals and ability to work autonomously.
  • Deep understanding of music industry, with specialization in publishing and knowledge of managing global copyrights and rights organizations.
