- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations, preferably in inventory management or consolidation networks.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans for network expansion and improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in logistics and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
