Job Title: Medical Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Call Center Representative to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions. As a Medical Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Assist members and providers with PCP changes
  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to use multiple programs at once
  • Excel knowledge
