We're a dynamic team of engineers and innovators building a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses grow better.

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead and Team Lead to join our Reliability Tooling team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with React/Typescript, frontend telemetry observability error monitoring, and setting up tooling at scale.

You will lead a team of frontend engineers and be responsible for developing and maintaining Reliability Tooling using React/Typescript.

Your key responsibilities will include owning and optimizing the workflow to help frontend engineers find and fix customer issues.

Additionally, you will serve as the domain expert in debugging/fixing/alerting on frontend errors.

**Salary**

Cash compensation range: 195600-293400 USD Annually

This includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles.

In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A strong senior engineer with experience leading small teams
  • A strong collaborator
  • Experience with frontend telemetry observability error monitoring
  • Experience setting up tooling at scale a plus
  • Prefer to fix problems with technology rather than process.
  • Have a proven ability to solve complicated technical problems and analyze trade-offs with deep empathy for the developers they work with.
