Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison to clients, providing solutions to inquiries and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage trade-related issues, including trade and margin analysis, account management, and funding.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Recent graduates or 3 years of financial industry experience preferred, with a client services background.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Databases, with programming and/or UNIX experience a plus.
  • FINRA Series 7 registration, sponsored by IBG LLC.
