This role is integral to ensuring the reliability and performance of our board and system level products through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing of the company's electronic products.
- Diagnose and resolve board-level failures as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on prototype evaluations.
- Document detailed failure symptoms during testing to aid in component-level diagnostics.
- Adhere to established manufacturing processes and quality standards throughout production.
- Follow all relevant work instructions to ensure accurate testing and repair procedures.
- Proactively identify issues and their underlying causes, contributing to effective solutions.
- Engage in discussions regarding technical and procedural challenges with supervisors and engineering personnel, proposing enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Report product and process concerns to management and assist in resolution efforts.

Qualifications
- Electronics certification from an accredited technical or engineering institution.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an electronics technician in a manufacturing testing environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and identifying electronic and mechanical failure modes.
- Experience with testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage job-related stress effectively.
- Fluency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Capability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
