Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead - Enterprise Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defining solution architecture for large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, API, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Container technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise, and create a roadmap for future enhancements.
  • Create Software Architecture Document, High-Level and Low-Level Design document, Nonfunctional requirements for the project.
  • Define Integration Design and Security Design for Web Services and Enterprise components involved.
  • Participate in the production of detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements.
  • Participate in the production of technical specifications for development and integration requirements.
  • Review design documents for services such as Service Design Document, Service Physical Document, and define Service SLAs in Nonfunctional requirements.
  • Collect and provide estimates for requirements.
  • Engage with client architecture group.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams and contribute to various internal initiatives.
  • Mentor and train project team members on solution details for smoother execution.
  • Ensure quality deliverables.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and complex environment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in defining solution architecture for large enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience with Microservices/API.
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies such as ReactJS, jQuery, Html 5, CSS 3, and Webservices.
  • Experience with areas of Messaging, Transaction Management, Spring MVC, Hibernate, DAO, etc.
  • Strong command on Java/J2EE concepts and current industry trends.
  • Experienced with AWS and other cloud technologies.
  • Experienced with Container technologies Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologies and design patterns.
  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products provided by IT.
  • Familiar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security.
  • Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
