- Maintain detailed records of calls and transactions on policies.
- Utilize experience and judgment to make informed decisions.

Requirements

- Thorough understanding of UPCIC manuals, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Proven track record with outstanding evaluations.
- Exceptional attendance record, demonstrating commitment to the role.
- Strong proficiency in reading, writing, typing, and computing.
- Creative and flexible approach to tasks, demonstrating innovation and adaptability.
- Clear appreciation for the impact of exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Florida Insurance Licensure: 20-44 or 2-20.
