**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $ $63,000 - $93,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and support services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to patients with mental health conditions and substance use disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience working in adult, medical, or deaf services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
