We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services in Burke, Virginia.

About the Role

This is a Per Diem opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Northern, VA. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you advance in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Certified or eligible certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia.
  • Prior experience working with adults and geriatric patients preferred.
