We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian or Certified Nutritionist, you will be responsible for evaluating the nutritional status of our members, assessing their food preferences and cultural factors, and developing personalized nutrition plans that meet their unique needs. You will also participate in the development and revision of care plans, educate family members and caregivers about therapeutic diets, and provide guidance on food selection and preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the nutritional status of members and develop personalized nutrition plans
Assess food preferences and cultural factors and integrate them into care plans
Participate in the development and revision of care plans
Educate family members and caregivers about therapeutic diets
Provide guidance on food selection and preparation

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field (Master's preferred)
Licensure or certification as a Registered Dietitian or Certified Nutritionist
At least 2 years of experience in nutritional counseling and education
Ability to work effectively with culturally, economically, and educationally diverse populations
Ability to form positive interpersonal relationships with staff, members, and their families
