About The Team:

The SEO & Growth team consists of professionals in search marketing and software engineering, focused on scaling our top properties in competitive markets. The Senior Analyst will engage in projects aimed at analyzing and enhancing organic traffic across various brands. Utilizing advanced tools, proprietary software, and collaborative knowledge, you will contribute to the development of exceptional content brands, influencing technology, user experience, and site performance. We are seeking candidates with diverse skills and experiences, ranging from editorial to technical backgrounds, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to optimize and enhance our content libraries.
  • Analyze search demand to uncover growth opportunities for our content and products.
  • Conduct SEO experiments to expand our understanding of effective strategies.
  • Work alongside product management to define requirements for site improvements based on SEO insights.
  • Provide analytical insights to engineering and data science teams to transition manual analyses into software-enhanced methods.
  • Synthesize key performance indicators and industry developments to implement valuable changes across the organization.
  • Evaluate performance marketing analytics to inform content strategy decisions.
  • Support the evolution of our performance marketing email strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as mathematics, science, business, or computer science is preferred.

Experience:

2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related analytical field, such as consulting, market research, finance, or operations.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Demonstrated interest in web technologies or online marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing measurement best practices.
  • Proactive approach in previous roles.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is advantageous.
  • Experience with web crawling tools, SQL, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web and search analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, is beneficial.
