About the Role

The Finance Supervisor will take charge of reconciling bank statements, overseeing accounts payable, preparing financial reports, and more. The ideal candidate should possess experience with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central. Responsibilities
  • Reconcile banking transactions across multiple accounts
  • Record transactions from Shopify, PayPal, and Amazon Seller Central
  • Oversee accounts payable and manage business credit card transactions

  • Prepare financial reports and oversee the budgeting process
  • Create ad-hoc reports for management review
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in public accounting
  • Proficient in GAAP-compliant financial reporting
  • Experience in small business financial management
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
