We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater MSP and the Northland. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for overseeing field staff, managing labor and material budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of mitigation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage field staff to ensure daily goals are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage labor and material budgets, including planning and executing job sites to meet budget requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, estimators, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Complete and submit necessary documentation, including TPA/insurance company guidelines and certifications.
- Conduct daily photo uploads and quality assurance walks to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Train and coach technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Participate in marketing and business development efforts to drive growth and revenue.
- Contribute to the on-call rotation for holidays, weekdays, and weekends to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restoration industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to plan and execute job sites to meet budget requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
