Job Summary:

The Concessions Supervisor position is a key role within Legends Hospitality, responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Directly manage event day staff, providing direct interaction with customers and ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages, evaluating compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, researching and performing reconciliations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to work fluently in English.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
