About the Role:

Trillium Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and other critical information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Present project progress, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, including weekly calls with contractors to discuss project status.
  • Review and take ownership of project budgets, including costs associated with permits, fees, third-party consultants, and construction costs for off-site and site work.
  • Coordinate and manage solar installers, conduct project meetings, and provide weekly progress reports to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a solar project manager constructing rooftop solar projects and small-scale distribution grids of up to 10 MW.
  • Ability to travel 50% with short overnight trips.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget completion.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and ProCore.
