Key Responsibilities:- Install PV systems on residential and commercial rooftops and ground mounts, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
- Lift, move, and transport panels, racking, and other materials with ease.
- Follow layout and drawings to ensure accurate installation of racking, modules, wire, and other components.
- Prepare inventory for projects and perform PV system service as required.
- Attend training sessions and project meetings to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Identify and implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities to enhance our services.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with hand-held and power tools.
- H.S. Diploma or two-year degree in technology/industrial arts preferred.
- 1-2 years of construction background is preferred.
- Experience in mechanical installations, general construction, and ladder work is preferred.
- Basic understanding/experience with electrical wiring of AC and DC systems is preferred.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
